When we began the tribunal process for Sections B, F and I against Staffordshire County Council in September 2025, I had no idea what lay ahead — only that I was fighting for my child's future and felt completely overwhelmed. From that first conversation, Julia and her team changed everything. We were in yr6 going into phase transfer.

What Julia and her team brought to this process was extraordinary. Their knowledge of SEND law, tribunal procedure, and the intricacies of EHCPs is impressive— but it was the way they applied that knowledge that set them apart. Julia didn't just advise; she guided, explained, reassured, and empowered. Every section, every deadline, every piece of evidence — she was across all of it. I'm a full time working, autistic myself, exhausted, overwhelmed, burned out, SEN mum. The Team has a good working relationships with the tribunal teams at Staffordshire CC. Julia is pragmatic and helped to ensure that the relationship with our Tribunal lead remained as positive as possible in order to ultimately help us.  Her job is so much more than knowing the law; it's managing people, psychology and relationships too.

Her support extended beyond the tribunal itself. When our child's current school needed guidance on navigating the EHCP annual review process and understanding how placements are assessed, Julia attended meetings with them too — patiently and professionally talking staff through what can be a confusing and daunting system. That commitment to the full picture, to every person involved in my child's education, spoke volumes. 

In February 2026, Staffordshire conceded. They agreed to fund a specialist independent school placement, and accepted all content in Sections B and F of the EHCP. We got everything we fought for — and what we gained is nothing short of life-changing. Not just for my daughter, but for our whole family. The right school, the right support, the right future. That is what Julia and the team at Pro-Sen helped make possible.
