Pro-Sen Initiative Fees

Our Fees start from £70 with packages available for 

Appeals to the First Tier Tribunal

Pro-Sen Case Review Session, where we get a better understanding of your case, offer immediate advice and share how we can help moving forwards: £70 per hour (weekend appointments £75) with two Pro-Sen Consultants. These meetings last for one hour. 

Lets Talk Sessions, where we can offer an understanding ear and a safe space to share your worries and SEN Journey: £70 per hour (a minimum two hour appointment for these sessions is required)

Pro-Sen Lets Talk - advice for schools: £70 per hour

There are no hidden fees, we provide you with a quote for our services prior to any work commencing, we will not ask for any additional payment for the same piece of work.

Please see below for all the areas of work we cover:

PER HOUR RATES:

• EHCP and SEND law advice appointment 

• EHCP Annual Review meeting support

• Support to visit an educational placement for Section 'I'

• SEN school meeting support

• Support  with requesting an early review. 

SUPPORT PACKAGES:

•  EHC plan analysis and evaluation (finalised/draft/proposed amended), cross referenced with supporting documentation. Provision of a detailed report of the analysis findings

• Mediation support and advice, including support at meetings 

EHCP APPEALS PACKAGES, Fees are based on the complexity of the case and will be shared prior to any work commencing:

• Appealing the refusal of your Local Authority to assess for an EHC Needs Assessment refusal package

• Appealing the refusal of your Local Authority to reassess an EHC plan package

• Appealing the refusal of your Local Authority  to issue an EHC plan package

• Appealing the contents of an EHC plan specifically Section B ( the child or young persons special educational needs) and Section F (the special educational provision) package 

• Appealing the contents of EHCP specifically Section B ( the child or young persons special educational needs), Section F (the special

educational provision) and Section I (the name of the school or other institution) package

• Appealing your Local Authority's decision not to amend an EHC plan following a review package 

• Appealing your Local Authority's decision to cease to maintain an EHC plan  package

Please note payment for travel time may apply for in person attendance at meetings/Tribunal outside 7 mile radius of Stafford/Stone
